I used DaddysAngel02's Medoll Editior.

What I did in this look?-
What I tryed to do in this look was make it Lighter.

What did I use?-

What I uses was a Blue Eye-shadow and put it around the eye.
Then I put a Cream Eye-shadow on the tip of the eye and uses a white eye liner pencil and the tip of the eye.
I made the hair in a white ish collar and added some brown highlights down the side of the pony tail then I added a blue bow and a white hair band to go with it.x

And thats what I did.
